We really can't fault the Evessio customer support team when it comes to delivering first class customer service.  The team is friendly, polite, efficient and always on hand to quickly respond to any queries we may have either via email or phone. If something needs further explanation then, a helpful video is sent across, followed by an email to ensure our understanding. If only all customer service teams were like Evessio team!

We use Evessio for the POPAI Awards Paris. We have been using the Evessio platform to manage the Mobile News Awards for two years. It is a powerful and advanced platform but can be challenging for non-technical administrators. Fortunately the support system, is top class with almost instant responses from Al to requests for help and a solution to any enquiry.

I love working with Al at Evessio. He is a force of calm when I am panicking about getting an event live, and seems to be totally unflappable (believe me I've tried!). Al always goes above and beyond to help, with endless Zoom calls to work out where I've gone wrong with something, or answering emails late into the night to ensure a project goes live when it should, to always sounding cheerful even when it's my 20th call to him in an hour - Al does it all! He is an asset to the Evessio team, and I'd genuinely be lost without him.

It’s a delight using Evessio's platform to host our event websites. The Evessio team are great to work with and have helped us immensely these past few years.
